TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to services, products and installations supplied by Tuned Kulture.
By accepting a quotation, placing an order or booking work with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Tuned Kulture
Tuned Kulture provides vehicle styling, technology upgrades, parts supply and professional installation services.
Tuned Kulture
Unit 7 - Ennerdale Court
12 Ennerdale Road
Blyth
Northumberland
NE24 4RT
Email: tunedkulture@gmail.com
Telephone: 07379 285924
2. Quotations
Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and the vehicle specification known at the time.
Prices may vary where:
-
The vehicle specification differs from the information supplied
-
Additional parts or work are required
-
Compatibility issues are discovered
-
Product or supplier prices change before an order is confirmed
Any significant additional work or cost will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
3. Vehicle Compatibility
Many of our products are vehicle-specific.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information when requesting a quotation or booking.
We will make reasonable checks to confirm compatibility, but some compatibility issues may only become apparent during installation.
4. Bookings and Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure a booking or order vehicle-specific products.
The amount and any cancellation conditions will be explained before payment is taken.
Deposits will only be retained to the extent reasonably necessary to cover costs or losses arising from a cancellation.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where products have already been ordered specifically for your vehicle, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.
If a contract is entered into entirely online, by telephone or another distance method, statutory cancellation rights may apply.
For many distance service contracts, consumers have a 14-day cancellation period. If you ask us to begin work during that period, you may be required to pay for work already carried out, and the cancellation right can end once the service has been fully performed where the legal requirements are met.
6. Products and Parts
Products may vary slightly in appearance or specification from website photographs due to manufacturer changes or vehicle-specific requirements.
Where an exact product or specification has been agreed, we will supply that product or an agreed alternative.
Vehicle-specific, customised or specially ordered products may have different cancellation or return rights where permitted by law.
7. Installation
All installation work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
Customers should inform us before work begins of:
-
Existing vehicle faults
-
Previous modifications
-
Electrical problems
-
Damage
-
Aftermarket equipment
-
Anything else that may affect installation
8. Existing Vehicle Condition
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, damage or defects that were present before work began.
Where practical, existing damage or concerns may be recorded before installation.
If we discover an issue that makes installation unsafe or unsuitable, we may stop work and discuss the available options with you.
9. Customer-Supplied Parts
Where we agree to install parts supplied by the customer, responsibility for the quality, compatibility and warranty of those parts remains with the customer or original supplier unless otherwise agreed.
We remain responsible for the quality of our installation work.
10. Completion Times
Any completion time given is an estimate unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Delays can occasionally occur because of:
-
Vehicle-specific complications
-
Supplier delays
-
Parts availability
-
Additional work discovered during installation
We will keep customers informed where significant delays occur.
11. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due when work is completed and before the vehicle is released.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking or collection.
12. Warranties and Faults
Manufacturer warranties apply to products where provided.
If you experience a problem with a product or installation supplied by Tuned Kulture, contact us as soon as possible so we can inspect the issue.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
13. Photography and Social Media
We may ask permission to photograph or film completed work for our website or social media.
Where identifiable customer information or registration numbers are visible, we will take reasonable steps to obtain permission or obscure identifying information where appropriate.
14. Personal Property
Customers should remove valuable personal belongings from their vehicle before leaving it with us.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or rights relating to faulty goods or services.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Complaints
If you are unhappy with a product or service, contact us at:
tunedkulture@gmail.com
We will aim to investigate and resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services develop or legal requirements change.
